Cover pages are on a first come basis (No Exceptions).
Interior pages will be 60# glossy text paper printed full colour on

EPS'S, TIFF'S OR Print Ready PDF. In order to ensure the
highest quality, we CANNOT download any files from the
internet, or any copy written files, for book publication.
